Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Defective or Damaged Products:

In the rare instance that you receive a defective or damaged personalized product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographic evidence to assess the issue. If the defect or damage is confirmed to be a result of our error, we will work with you to find an appropriate resolution.

Customer Input Errors: will not be held liable for any errors or discrepancies in the personalization details provided by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all information provided for personalized products.


Our No Refund and No Return Policy applies exclusively to personalized products. For non-personalized items, our standard return and refund policy will be applicable. Please refer to the relevant policy document for more information.
